Purchase Beef

 I would like to purchase a 60# box of ground beef from Snoqualmie Cattle Company.  I understand that I will receive USDA inspected ground beef (this grind will include all the premium cuts: Tenderloin, Porterhouse, Rib Eye, etc.) in two pound fresh frozen tubes.  The lean, grass-fed Longhorn beef has been raised without the use of growth hormones, antibiotics or processed grains and is grass-fed from start to finish. 

At $6.25/lb, the purchase price will be $375 for the 60# box (approximately a quarter cow). 

Once a deposit is received, the purchaser will be sent a confirmation via email.  We will offer pick up dates at our home in Snoqualmie, as well as offer to take customers out to the ranch in North Bend for a herd visit.  This would allow you to see where we are raising the cattle and possibly interact with them.  We will keep you informed as the ready date draws near and offer several alternative dates if your schedule requires it.
