Snoqualmie Cattle Company is a partnership between the Vincent Family and the Torres family, who both live in Snoqualmie, WA.  Mike and Heather Vincent, along with their children, have been raising Longhorn cattle for the past seven years.    Two years ago, they partnered with Mark and Sally Torres.   With their help and enthusiasm, the Snoqualmie Cattle Co. has benefited greatly and become what it is today.  
 
The majority of our herd resides on the Gardiner Ranch in the upper Snoqualmie Valley. The Gardiner Ranch was purchased in 1883 by Sally's Great Great Grandparents, William T. & Louisa Gardiner.   The Ranch is now in its fifth generation, originally a dairy farm, until the late 1950's.   This soil is no stranger to the heavy hooves of cattle and is being brought back to its original roots.   As well as being a dairy farm, the land served as a fruit orchard.  Those same fruit trees, still there today, provide a tasty treat for our cattle in the summer and fall months---yet one more thing to make our beef happy and delicious.
